SPR# GFALBFPB3J - Server - Router - Fixed an issue where the Router's nightly mail journaling rollover on one server created a journaling database with a replica ID the same as one created on another journaling server. This caused issues if those databases were moved to a central server. This fix changes the replica ID to more unique to a server across servers in the domain. So much less likely to be a duplicate replica ID. The change is enabled by default, but can be disabled by setting the notes.ini JournalChangeReplicaID=0.
